Rapid Mixer Granulator

The rapid mixer granulator is suitable for dry mixing, wet mixing and also wet granulating. It consists of a mixing bowl with openable lid with safety interlock. The mixing blade of special construction designed for intense mixing will be rotating at 70/140 rpm driven by suitably powered 3 phase motor coupled to a reduction gear box through belt and pulley. The granulating blade will be rotating at 1440/2880 rpm directly driven by a suitably rated flange mounted 3 phase motor.

Suitable pressure switch is provided to enable the unit to operate only when desired air pressure is available. A pneumatic system is also provided to activate solenoid valves with pressure, regulator lifter & lubricator. Suitable pneumatic discharge gate is also provided. The control panel with special feature display system for ease of operation will also be provided.
