Coating Pan

This is a stainless steel inclined revolving pan, fabricated from heavy gauge stainless steel sheets and finished to high standards to meet the hygienic demands. The coating pan is ellipsoidal in cross section, promoting very thorough mixing action to achieve uniform coating of the product.

The drive unit consists of a heavy duty worm reducer running in an oil bath. The special split bearing housing is robustly constructed to take radial and axial thrust load and is easy to maintain. The bearings are totally protected and grease lubricated.

The hot air system consists of a monobloc motor and fan unit mounted directly on the coating pan frame with an air heating unit and easily maneuverable ss feed pipe.

The most critical parameters of the coating pan are the shape of the pan, the speed of rotation, temperature of the air supplied.
