Rotary Bottle Cleaning Machine

This machine is a four station moving jet rotary washing machine, operating on a continuous moving system, subjecting the bottles to an automatic pre-determined wash cycle. As the bottles travel along with the nozzles, the bottles are washed internally with raw water, hot detergent, filtered water and D.M.water in a sequence as per individual requirement. The bottles undergo a thorough external wash as well when they pass under a shower of powerful jets.

Accommodating a wide variety of bottles, the 96 bottle holders are distributed in just two peripheral rows for easy loading and unloading. The powerful jets ensure an all-round wash.
