Double-ended Brushing Machine

Double ended brushing unit is used for pre-washing of recycled bottles. The machine has ss dome and electro-plated brush holding chucks., the main body being made of cast iron.

The brushing units are mounted on the walls of a concrete tank containing water with some quanity of sodium hydroxide solution. The used bottles are soaked inside the tank and subsequently washed using the brushes mounted on the chucks.

This is a very effective way of removing even sticky impurities.

All contact parts are made of SS 304.
