Semi Automatic Labelling Machine

This semi automatic machine is ideal unit for labelling flat and round bottles and similar containers used in modern packaging.

A bunch of labels are placed in the labelholder, from which one label at a time is picked. The gum plate moving horizontally fetches the required gum, from the gum rubber roller and the label sits on the gumplate. The bottle rester with the bottle moves upward in a vertical movement. The mechanical rubber pasters will ensure the accurate and correct affixation of labels on the bottle. The labelled bottle is brought down and picked up by the operator. Only feeding and withdrawl of bottles are done manually.
All contact parts are made of SS 304.
