Mechanical Screw Arrangement
The mechanical screw feeds the bottles one by one to the catcher drum. The timing of the bottle is done by adjusting the mechanical screw so that the surface of the bottle is presented suitably for the pasting of labels the vacuum pump ensures the label is carried to the sticking point of the bottle after picking it up from the label master. The labels are held by the brass fingers which are fixed in the labels holders and they are pressed by the pusher plate thus keeping them in position.
The machine is provided with 'No Bottle No Label'
