Strip Packing Machine

Strip packing machine handles a wide range of products ensuring trouble free smooth working performance. To economies on packaging material consumption, the technique of performing cavities is incorporated to pack coated tablets, capsules and confectioneries.

Operation is automatic: yet, simple The product, from the hopper through a set of s.s. feeding devices flows to the sealing roller cavities. Laminated foil from the two rolls is drawn to the sealing roller which packs and seals the product into a continuous strip. Strips are then passed through a vertical and horizontal cutter assembly to obtain desired strip sizes.

The machine is suitable for most heat sealable foils like paperpoly, aluminium poly, cello poly etc.,

The machine is available in multiple number of tracks from 2 to 8. With a capacity of 400 to 2400 tablets per minute.

The machine is suitable for all types packing materials because of cartridge type heaters and thermostatic temperature control.

The machine is provided with vibratory feed control for higher output.
