The idea of packaging pharmaceutical products in blisters can certainly be considered one of the best in the whole history of packaging.

Thermoformable film moves with continuous motion at a constant speed and the forming of the pockets is done on the rotary die by vacuum; the thermoformable film is unwound from the reel by rollers positioned in the immediate vicinity.

The continuous movement of the thermoformed film makes the filling of the product into the pocket easier. A high output speed is maintained despite the fact that the blisters are produced in a row.

The blisters are individually coded, perforated and cut.Print registration is completely revolutionised. The wastage is minimised by incorporating edge to edge cutting. This system ensures pilferage proof packaging. This system provides easily replaceable change parts for different products.
