Volumetric Liquid Filling

Volumetric liquid filling machine is a semi automatic filling system and it operates on the principle of positive displacement filling, eliminating the need for vacuumising the containers.

An accurate preset volume of the liquid is drawn from the floor or bench level reservoir through flexible tubings into stainless steel filling pumps during the downward (suction) stroke of the piston and dispensed into the container, during the upward (discharge) stroke of the piston.

The liquid while passing through check valves imparts a spinning motion to the valve which continually wipes the seating free of any foreign matter and ensures an accurate cut off.

The volume dispensed is governed by the length of the piston stroke. This stroke can be accurately regulated by means of a micrometer arrangement assuring a precise fill, independent of the variations in the container sizes.

The sanitary construction of stainless steel pump with adjustable teflon piston rings ensures a leak-proof operation.

The combination of the unique filling unit with well designed check valves and the positive suck back arrangement incorporated, provides a "drip" proof and "string" free filling of the containers.
