Viscous Filler

It is basically a volumetric dispensing machine suitable for handling pastes, creams and viscous liquids.

The machine operates on adjustable stroke system volumetrically dispensing the product into any container of choice. During the suction stroke, the material fed into the charging hopper flows to the measuring cylinder whose stroke length can be adjusted to meet the actual quantity of material to be filled. During the next stroke, the material flows from the measuring cylinder to the container through the delivery nozzle. The three port stainless steel valve is operated by a cam.

The machine is robust in construction and mounted on MS frame work with motor and gear box conveniently positioned at the bottom of the frame work thus eliminating possible contamination interaction between the drive system and the filling module.

The volume dispensed offers an accuracy better than 1% because of the facility to adjust minutely the stroke length by means of a micrometer arrangement.

The machine can also be supplied with an auger to handle very tough paste and creams.
All contact parts are made of SS 304.
