Vacuum Filling Machine

This machine is basically a level filler and suitable only for rigid containers. It is entirely self-contained and is mounted on four castor wheels for easy movement. It is provided with a vacuum pump driven by 0.5/1 H.P motor. When the containers are placed in position vacuum is created in the containers and the liquid is filled up to the pre-set level. Excess liquid is returned to source automatically.

This machine has to have a storage tank of suitable capacity from which liquid is sucked through the pvc tubings.

Storage vessel can also be supplied at request.
All contact parts are made of SS 304.
