volumetric liquid filling is a quasi automatic system consisting of a
liquid filling machine, a stainless steel sub-tank, and suction and delivery
tubings made of s.s.
The rotary volumetric filling machine consists of a filling module, with two delivery nozzles integrated with a turret operated through a geneva mechanism the turret consists of multiple cavities on which the empty containers are placed on one end. The pre-adjusted timing ensure that the containers are centred with respect to the delivery nozzles. After the filling process is complete, the turret moves through a distance ensuring accurate centering of next pair of containers below the delivery nozzles. The loading and unloading operations are manual. The sub-tank is kept beneath the filling machine and it is provided with a filter so that sediments which may be present in the liquid are removed and the clear liquid passes through the stainless steel suction tubing to the syringe of the filling machine. The required volume is adjusted during the discharge stroke of the piston in the syringe and the correct volume of the liquid flows through the stainless steel delivery nozzles into the standard containers. |
