Powder Filling Machine

The powder filling machine (auger filler) is ideally recommended for volumetric dispensing of free flowing and moisture free powder into containers of choice (both rigid and flexible).

The auger filler houses a vertically rotating auger which doses out the required quantity of dry powder directly into the container or pouch. The quantity dosed out depends on the auger diameter, the pitch and the number of times the auger rotates inside the hopper per cycle.

An electronic solid state feed controller plugged into the machine controls the auger revolution and thus the dose. By interchangeable augers and funnel, the filling range can be varied.

The machine offers an accuracy better than 1% and occupies very little floor space and the dust generated is negligible. How ever, it is recommended for hygroscopic powders unless dehumidifiers are installed in the filling room. It is recommended that dehumidifiers are installed in the filling room if the product is highly hygroscopic.
All contact parts are made of SS 304.
