Twin Track Conveyor

Twin Track Stainless steel conveyor consist of slat run with 2 numbers of slat chain runs side by side in a SS fabricated structure. The system runs on UHMWPS strips which help the slat chain run freely on the SS structure the side guides are SS flats supported with ABS adjustable brackets to accommodate different types of bottles. The entire conveyor structure is duly supported by SS Angle legs at intervals of 4 feet. The drive unit is housed in MS structure and has a suitably rated motor and a reduction gear box with step-pulley arrangement to run the conveyor at 20 or 30 or 40 feet per minute. The drive unit is covered entirely with SS sheet confirming to GMP standards.

All contact parts are made of SS 304.
