Roto Cap Sealer

Roto cap sealer is a quasi automatic cap sealing machine suitable for normal ropp caps, pre-threaded caps and press type caps. The unit consists of a vertically moving (up and down) rotating sealing head integrated with a turret operated through a 'geneva mechanism'. The filled bottles on which the caps are manually kept are placed in the cavity of the turret. The pre-adjusted timing ensures that the bottles are centered with respect to the sealing head. The sealing head comes down, caps the container and goes up.

After the sealing process is complete, the turret moves through a distance ensuring accurate centering of the next bottle beneath the sealing head and the operation is repeated.

The rotating movement of the turret and the vertical movement of the rotating sealing head are synchronised in such a fashion that the bottles are capped without any damage. The loading and unloading operations are manual.
