Packaging Line for Potable Liquor

We offer liquor packaging lines in two versions for Low and High outputs to meet the needs of various category of manufactures. Our packaging line has a configuration of multiple number of Semi-Automatic filling and capping machines for all the versions, though Automatic Labelling machine is configured for the High speed lines. Based on our years of experience of having supplied more than 450 lines to various Indian, SriLankan, and Nepalese manufactures including well known names like McDowel, Shah Wallace, Khodays, Kedias etc, we have found that semiautomatic lines are more appropriate than Autolines because of the following advantages of the Semi-Automatic line:
  1. Low level of investment.Easy to install, operate and maintain.
  2. Ability to accommodate any shape of bottle: no requirement of change part.
  3. Greater degree of flexibility: if production is to be increased one or two machines can be added.
  4. Better adaptability to variations in bottle wall thickness, neck diameter and eccentricity of the mouth opening.
  5. Less risk of production loss due to stoppage of any single machine: in autoline if one machine stops, the entire line comes to a grinding halt.

Typical Semi Automatic Liquor Packing Line

An unique feature of our Low and High speed lines is the intelligent use of TWIN-TRACK stainless steel conveyor specially developed by us which ensure smooth and free flow of bottles in the line where multiple number of filling, capping and labelling machine are used.
We strongly recommend use of our Semi-Autolines which need only unskilled workforce in Developing Countries.

The packaging lines are categorised as:

  1. Low Speed line (GRI-L) with 70 bottles/min @ 180ml/bottle and
  2. High Speed line (GRI-H) with 120 bottles/min @ 180ml/bottle.
