Inspection System

The inspection system consists of SS hood mounted at a height of 2 1/2 feet (adjustable) above the conveyor and supported by SS tubes/angles on either side. The hood houses 4 feet length twin tube lights which illuminate the inspection board underneath the hood. The Inspection board consists of a wooden plank containing black and white laminations.

As the bottles pass by, the operator picks up the bottles and visually examines against the contrast background to identify the presence of foreign materials. If a bottle is rejected, it is kept on the SS side table

This type of inspection system is an essential requirement for any packing conveyors.
